At WeebCorner, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products and the passion-driven collectibles we offer, we have implemented a strict and transparent 7-day Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.

🔁 Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund only under the following conditions, and strictly within 7 days from the date of delivery:

  • You received a damaged, broken, or defective item

  • Your package had missing items

  • You received a wrong item

Please note that returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or design differences due to lighting/screen settings

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, you must submit a complete unboxing video that meets the following conditions:

  1. Start recording before opening the outer packaging.

  2. The video must clearly show:

    • The shipping label with your details

    • Entire product unboxing process (with no cuts/edits)

    • The condition of all items upon opening

    • Any damage, defect, or missing content

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at ogweebcorner@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    • The unboxing video (uploaded to Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar)

  2. Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.

  3. You must return the product in unused and original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will either:

    • Ship a replacement (if in stock), or

    • Initiate a refund as per the refund policy below

💸 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method

  • In case of prepaid orders: full amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded

  • In case of COD orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer after verification

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong/missing item).

  • Mystery Boxes

  • Limited edition/pre-order items

  • Opened or used products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

❗ Important Notes

  • Claims raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to deny any return/refund request if the provided evidence is insufficient or appears manipulated

  • WeebCorner holds the discretion to approve or reject claims based on the condition and evidence provided
